These terms apply to every order placed with Neocase through www.neocase.store or by phone. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
- An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation, not when you submit it.
- We may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.
- We may decline an order where the delivery address is outside the United States.
Model compatibility
Cases are cut for specific handsets. It is your responsibility to give us the correct Model Name or model number, and ours to tell you if the case you selected does not match it. Forcing a case cut for one model onto another voids the warranty. Where you ordered for the wrong model in good faith, our returns policy covers a swap.
Protection claims
Where a case is described as drop rated, that rating comes from testing at the stated height onto the stated surface. Real drops involve angles, edges and grit that a test rig does not reproduce. A case reduces the risk of damage. It does not guarantee your phone will survive a drop, and we are not liable for damage to the phone, the screen or the camera however it is caused. Insure a valuable handset separately.
Magnets
MagSafe compatible cases contain magnets. Keep them away from credit cards with magnetic stripes, hotel key cards and mechanical watches. If you use a pacemaker or another implanted medical device, follow your device manufacturer's guidance on magnets rather than ours.
Trade and wholesale orders
Trade quantities are quoted with an agreed model split, confirmed in writing before payment. Because the stock is picked and polybagged to that split, trade packs must be returned complete and in their original bags. Display units are covered by the same one year warranty as the cases.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through the payment methods shown on the store. Orders are confirmed once payment clears.

Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens under your account.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying cases that match their description and are free from manufacturing fault. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage to any device the case is fitted to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Trademarks
iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc. Galaxy is a trademark of Samsung. Pixel is a trademark of Google. We use these names only to describe which device a case fits. Neocase is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
