Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states from our warehouse in Spring, Texas. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Cost
- Free on orders over $35.
- $4.95 flat rate on orders under $35, however many cases are in the cart.
- No surcharge for a residential address or a rural route.
How long it takes
- Orders placed before 2pm central usually ship the same working day.
- Texas and neighbouring states normally arrive in 2 to 3 days, the coasts in 3 to 5.
- You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.
- Trade orders above twenty cases ship within two working days once the model split is agreed.
How it arrives
Single cases come in a padded mailer. Multipacks are individually polybagged inside one box. Wholesale packs come in plain polybags with no retail packaging, so you can price and label them yourself. The kiosk and retail bundles ship on two parcels because of the display unit.
Customs and country of origin
Country of origin and the customs classification code are recorded against every product in our system. If you later forward stock internationally yourself, that information is available on request.
Wrong model delivered or ordered
If the case does not fit, email us the Model Name and we send the right one. You do not need to return the first case before the replacement ships. This applies whether the mistake was ours or yours, because a case costs less to replace than to argue about.
