Finding your model number
On iPhone: Settings, General, About, then read Model Name. On Galaxy and Pixel: Settings, About phone, then Model number. Pro and Pro Max are different sizes with different camera cutouts, so a case for one will not fit the other.
What to include when you write to us
- Your Model Name or model number, copied exactly.
- Roughly how often you drop your phone.
- Whether you use MagSafe chargers, wallets or a car mount.
- Whether you want it thin or protected, since you cannot have both.
Response times
Emails on a working day are normally answered the same day and always within one working day. If you need an answer before you order, call instead of writing.
Trade enquiries
For six cases and up, email a rough count and the models you sell. We confirm the split, the per unit price and a lead time in writing before you pay. The kiosk bundle at $250 and the retail display bundle at $350 are the usual starting points for a new counter.
